Reward Points System from The Idea Room

Are you looking for a reward system to help motivate your children to do their chores and get along with their siblings?  Check out this genius idea from The Idea Room.  She uses a point system to reward good behavior and chore completion.  Then at the end of the week, she opens her "store" and her kids can shop using their points to purchase treats and small dollar store toys.  Why didn't I think of this?!
