Pecans

My Dad's family owns part of a farm in Arkansas. They mainly grow rice but they also grow pecans. Every year, my great Aunt sends her nieces and nephews BOXES of pecans! My Aunt here in Houston found a place to crack the shells but there's still some work involved since you have to remove the shells yourself. Court spent a couple hours this weekend taking the shells off of the pecans. Looks like I'll be searching for recipes that call for pecans!
