There really aren't any instructions.

I know it's cliche to say that I wish that kids came with an instruction manual. Ella has just about worn me thin this past week with the whining and throwing fits. She's been sent to the corner, we've had time-outs, I've had several talks with her, asked her questions to see what she's feeling and I've even had to spank a couple of times (although, that's always my last resort because I hate to spank - it's not fun for either of us). And yet, the fits continue. I'm at a loss.

I'll let you all in on a little secret: I have no idea what I'm doing!
